Court sat nonetheless, because the court date had been scheduled and the defendants summoned to this end. As none of the parties to the proceedings wished to speak, court adjourned a few minutes later.
The court expects to deliver the judgment in the cases of all four defendants on 17 November 2022. Barring unforeseeable circumstances, the court therefore intends to close the examination in court in all cases and to deliver judgment immediately afterwards on 17 November 2022.
